GENERAL:
This shop has been set up by the band to provide you with access to NMA recordings and merchandise which can be hard to find away from the gigs. We aim to keep the stock as current as possible while keeping small stocks of older items as well. You may find that certain items, particularly some CD titles, are available cheaper elsewhere. We apologize for this but do not pretend to be able to compete with the Amazons or HMVs of this world. However we do promise that if it listed below, and does not state otherwise, the items are available for purchase today. We aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Allowing for postal transit time, your order should be with you within 14 days of your placing it, subject to stock availability.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Purchases made by Credit Card will be processed by NETBANX, one of the UKs most popular and established gateways and they are approved by all the major clearing banks. The credit card information you enter is secure at all times and is separated from this site. Your instructions are routed via Netbanx and are processed at the time of ordering. We never see your full card number, only the last four and the expiration date for security. The name New Model Army Merchandise will appear on your statement. Alternatively you may pay for your purchases using Paypal. All transactions are in £ Sterling and conversion rates are available from your local bank. We offer a guideline conversion service into Euros or US Dollars. This is for information only and must not be deemed to be the exact equivalent cost. The exchange rates used are not set by us and may vary from those used by your card issuer.
We are able to accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and MAESTRO via the on line shop. Please fill in the required information on the check out form and select your preferred payment method.
Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged in sterling and so the amount in local currency that appears on your statement my vary to the amount that appeared on screen as you were shopping. We must stress that the exchange rates used on the site are for guidance only and we can accept no liability for any difference.
However, if you do not have a credit or debit card you can still order merchandise by selecting the Cheque or Money Order payment method. Please note that we can only accept postal orders, personal cheques in Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank or International Money Orders (in Sterling) made payable to: "New Model Army Merchandise" and crossed payee only. If ordering using this method, please allow an extra 7 days for clearance of your cheque.
International Money Order: is a type of £Sterling cheque that can be purchased in your own country from banks and post offices. Usually they are sent directly to us by the issuing bank and are drawn on a UK bank of building society. Please do not send personnel cheques or other cheques drawn against a non UK based bank account, as we are unable to process these.
STOCK AND PRICES:
We reserve the right to alter prices in the shop without notice, but be assured that value for your money is one of our highest priorities. If an item is flagged as "Out Of Stock" it means just that and while you may be able to add it to your cart, you will not be able to purchase it at checkout.
GOVERNING LAW & CONTRACT FORMATION:
No contract will subsist between you and us for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until we accept your order by email confirming that we have shipped your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time we send the email to you (whether or not you receive that email). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in England and any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and you and we irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts |
